How does spending progress tracking work?

You can update your current spending toward bonus requirements directly from your dashboard. The system automatically calculates your progress percentage and shows visual progress bars. When you mark a bonus as received, spending progress automatically completes to 100%.

What analytics are available?

Our "Feel Good" analytics dashboard includes:

What if my bank or merchant isn't in the dropdown list?

No worries! You can easily add custom institutions and products:

  • Custom Institution: Select "Other - Enter Custom" from the dropdown and type your institution name
  • Product Names: You can always enter any product name in the product field
  • All Features Work: Custom entries work exactly the same as pre-populated options

How do notifications work?

Basic users get account-level notifications for all offers with global settings for deadline reminders, bonus notifications, and spending progress alerts.

Pro users get granular control with individual notification preferences for each person in their crew, custom reminder timing, and personalized notification schedules.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your subscription management page. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically switch to Basic features.

Is my financial data secure?

Absolutely! We take security seriously:
